אני עובדת עם BOXI DESKI
אני מוציאה רשימה של לקוחות עם מספרי טלפון ומייל ( 3 עמודות  )
1. איך אני מוסיפה עמודה שסופרת את מספר השורה?
2. לדוגמא יוצאים לי 1000 שורות אבל אני רוצה לקחת רק 100 בצורה רנדומלית  , איך אפשר ?
  חשבתי באמצעות ספירה של שורה ואז פילטור עליה או משהו בסגנון

just go to the query panel-->options

and there you can liit the query results to 100 random

or in the report not such a good solution to what you are looking

use runnng count(field) to get row count whch is filterable

הי יעל,

תוסיפי עוד עמודה לדוח ותכנסי שם את הנוסחה:

=RowIndex()

לאחר מכן, תבצעי מיון לפי השדה הזה.

תראי אם התוצאות רנדומליות מספיק בשבילך.
