נניח שיש לי תזמון של דוח על מדינות שיוזר אחד ראשי לראות את מדינה א  ויוזר אחר את מדינות א+ב
ה-PUBLICATION שולח ליוזר אחד דוח עם מדינה אחת ולשני דוח עם שתי מדינות
האם ניתן שהדוח יישלח פעמיים לפי המדינה כלומר דוח אחד עם מדינה א יישלח לשניהם
ודוח שני עם מדינה ב יישלח רק לאחד
הסיבה היא שהיוזרים רוצים לקבל דוחות נפרדים לכל מדינה
ואני לא רוצה להריץ דוח לכל מדינה כי מספר המדינות רב

אבל חשבתי שאם תהיה לי טבלה שמכילה את כל המדינות וכל מדינה איזה יוזר יכול לראות אותה אז אני אוכל להריץ תזמון לפי זה אבל אם אני מריץ את התזמון הוא מריץ עם ההרשאות שלי

אבל האם הדוח ירוץ פעם אחת או כמה פעמים
כי אם אני לא טועה הוא יוצר INSTANCE עבור כל יוזר השאלה אם הוא יריץ בנפרד עבור כל אחד כי זה דוח יחסית כבד
