1. כאשר אני משאירה רק את העמודה של מספר הלקוח - זה עובר תקין לאקסל ולא מפיל לקוחות .
2. העברתי ל-notepad ושם הלקוחות שנופלים באקסל היו , ואשר העתקי משם לאקסל הם לא הופיעו.
וגם כאשר פתחתי כקובץ אקסל לא הופיעו.
1.לגבי סעיף 1: בואי תבצעי אלימינצייה ,תחזירי שדה שדה ותראי איזה מפיל את מספרי הלקוח.
2.אם גם במעבר מ-Notepad לאקסל נופלים לקוחות הבעיה היא לא בהכרח ב-Deski.
שאתה מעבירה ל-notepad ,שמרי את הקובץ כ-ansi ולאחר מכן כ-UTF8,האם אחת האופציות פותרת ?
האם תוכלי לבדוק מעוד תחנה ומעוד גרסת אקסל (2000,2007 ) ?

Symptom
New Excel 2007 file extension .XLSX is not recognised by BusinessObjects XI 3.x.
Excel 2007 format .XLSX has capability for ~1 Million rows, but when saving to .xls format from BusinessObjetcs, output is still limited to 65536 rows.
Excel 2007 format .XLSX has capability for 16,348 columns, but when saving to .xls format from BusinessObjetcs, output is still limited to 256 rows.
Reproducing the Issue

Crystal Reports 2008
Desktop Intelligence > "Save As" > format .XLSX not available.
WebIntelligence Infoview > "Save to my computer as" > format .XLSX not shown.
Desktop Intelligence > New Report > Personal Data Files > format *.XLSX not in dropdown list.
WebIntelligence Infoview > New Report > Access Personal Data > format *.XLSX not shown.
If you try to workaround, by browsing for "All files (*.*)" to select .xlsx, you will get warning: 'Invalid setting in the Excel Key of the Engines section of the Windows Registry'.
Cause
Business Objects uses its own internal libraries to generate the Excel document, so the locally installed version of Excel is irrelevant.
These internal libraries will create a document with the same row and column limitations as Excel 2003.
Even if the document is opened with Excel 2007, the rows and columns have already been truncated.
The BusinessObjects functionalities described use DAO technology.

Resolution
No workaround in Web Intelligence and Infoview.
Only .XLS format can currently be used for Excel integration.
Workaround for Desktop Intelligence: Save report in .txt format, then import the text document into Excel 2007. (This will export data only - no formatting)

שמתי לב שהרשומות שכביכול נופלות בהעתקה לאקסל הם בעצם מועתקות שלמות לתא באקסל שמכיל את שם המשפחה.
רק כאשר מורידים את השדות של שם פרטי ושם משפחה אז מספרי הלקוח עוברים כמו שצריך לאקסל ,
